The team rescued me from a nightmare situation! I hired a “family friend” to do a bath room renovation… 6k later the “family friend” took my money and ran off and left me with a non-functioning bathroom!!! My wife and I took to the internet and decided to do some thorough research to find the right guy for the job. We landed on Castro Builders as the work and reviews speak for themselves. I got in contact with Rick and he was very honest and upfront about the situation I was in and what it would take to get out.
Rick not only was a saving grace but he also educated me on how to handle situations like this in the future. Rick stopped by my house to take a look at the job. The next day I received a detailed quote and a timeline which I accepted. This is where the magic truly happened as thorough the remainder of the process, they kept me well-informed and involved with everything. The timelines they gave were tight and they gave me, the customer, money control. Contractors will say parts cost a certain amount and ask for it up front. They were sure to give receipts every step of the way and were even finding innovative ways to save me money. My bathroom is coming along fantastic and while the team are working they are strictly business at the same time their customer service is A-1! My mother and grandfather keep raving about his patience which means a whole lot especially since we just got out of a horrific situation. We could not be happier with our new bathroom and my only regret is that I didn’t find him sooner!!!
