    OWNER & CEO

    Rick grew up following in his father's footsteps. He began working in business in hopes of one day owning his own construction business like his dad. Rick loves to spend time with his three kids and wife. He enjoys golfing, traveling, cooking, watching sports, and spending time with his friends and family. On weekends, he loves to fish with his son and explore new places.

  • Mia Szymanski

    OPERATIONS MANAGER

    Mia grew up also following in her father's footsteps. She often helped with his work and family construction and building projects. She grew up loving to build furniture, additions to the home, and working on cars. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family and friends, sports, and technology. You'll often find her playing sports with her daughter, at a Phillies game, or at a sports card shop!

    Our Foreman - We're proud to say that we have a genius on our team! Jose can transform anything into a piece of art. He loves to reimagine spaces and put them together into something that our customers love. When not hard at work, he loves to spend time with his wife and two kids.

    Our Junior Foreman - Rian is a master at what he does. He has worked under the best of the best and takes pride in what he does. If he's not working, he's taking on new adventures outdoors. He loves to spend time with friends and find new activities to do outdoors.

    No matter the project, our crew works as one to create each masterpiece. Along with our foreman and junior foreman, we have plumbers, electricians, siders, roofers, HVAC/mechanical technicians, and a whole crew at the office to support you.
